​I’ve loved every minute of my time volunteering for Annette baseball. I love the opportunity to spend time with my kids outdoors, to get to know my neighbours, and to share my love of the game with the next generation. All of the Directors at Annette share a passion for making Annette the best community baseball experience in the city. We want our kids to love the game and all the good stuff that comes with it — being a good teammate and friend, developing skills, and just being outdoors with actual people away from the deadening virtual reality of electronic screens.

I invite you to join in the fun. Annette runs on the power of volunteer and community spirit. We always need people to help out whether at the Board level, coaching, convening, setting up the diamond, raking the field, tending the BBQ during Picture Day, or just bringing treats for your team. Every contribution you can make makes Annette better. Our Association, and the experience we give our kids, is as good as our combined efforts.

So, welcome to the 2018 season at Annette. I can already hear the batted balls and joyous cheers echoing over Ravina Gardens and High Park. Come help us make it the best season ever.
